How to use
Lay each canvas flat under a few books overnight. Fill a glass of water, open only the pots you need and paint zone by zone, from the largest areas to the small details. Close each pot after use. If a number still shows under a light colour, add a second thin coat once the first is dry.

I can't draw or paint. Can I really do it?
Yes. The canvases are pre-printed and numbered: follow the numbers and the colours, and your painting appears.
How big are the canvases?
6 × 8 in each, the perfect size for a shelf or a mantelpiece.
How long does one canvas take?
Around 45 minutes to 1 h 30. You can paint one in an evening or spread it over a few sessions.
Do I need anything else?
No. Canvases, paints and brushes are all in the box. Just add a glass of water and a cloth.
What if I run short of paint?
The pots are filled for all six canvases. Close them after each session. If a pot is missing, email support@byhellocraft.com with your order number and the pot number, and we send it free of charge.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
The estimated delivery date is shown just above the button. The sooner you order, the more evenings you have to paint before 31 October.
How do I care for my canvas?
If the rolled canvas has creases, leave it flat under heavy books overnight or iron the back on low heat without steam, with a cloth in between. Varnish is optional, 24 hours after painting.
Are the canvases framed?
No, they arrive rolled. Display them as they are or frame them as you like.
Is it suitable for children?
It is designed for adults and teens from 14 years, as it contains small parts and real acrylic paint.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 6–10 working days to the UK, 7–9 to the US, 8–11 to Canada and 10–12 to Australia. You receive a tracking number by email.
What is your return policy?
