How to use
Rolled canvas: flatten it under a few books overnight. Framed canvas: it is ready to paint straight away. Use the reference print to see where you are going. Start with the darkest colours and the largest zones, then move to the small details. Close each pot after use. Light colours may need a second thin coat to fully cover a number.
Shipping & returns
Why a few extra days? Your kit is made just for you. Once you order, your photo is turned into a numbered design, printed on your canvas, and your paint pots are matched to it. Your kit ships within 2 working days.
Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery then takes 7 to 9 working days to the US. The date shown above the button already includes the time to make your kit, and you get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Because each canvas is printed from your own photo, custom kits cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception is a mistake on our side: wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged or missing part. In that case, email support@byhellocraft.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Which photo works best?
Any clear, sharp photo works, including photos taken with a phone and black & white photos. Send the original file rather than a screenshot. A well lit subject and a simple background give the best result. If your photo is too blurry to use, we email you before making your kit.
Can I see what it will look like?
Yes. As soon as you upload your photo, the preview above the button shows your numbered canvas and the painted result for the size and number of colours you chose. It is made in your browser, so your final canvas will differ slightly.
How many colours should I choose?
The more colours, the smaller the zones and the more lifelike the result. 24 colours gives bolder zones and is the quickest to paint. 36 suits most photos. 48 gives the finest detail, best for faces and pets.
What's in the box?

Can I order two kits with different photos?
Yes. Add your first kit to the cart with its photo, then come back to this page and add the second one with its own photo, size and colours. 25% comes off your 2nd kit automatically in your cart.
My photo is square. Which size should I pick?
Choose portrait or landscape in the preview: it shows exactly which part of your photo fits the canvas.
Can I send my photo later?
Yes. Tick the box under the upload area, then email your photo to support@byhellocraft.com with your order number. Your kit is made once we have your photo.
Can I use text or a logo?
The kit is designed for photos. Text and very fine lines do not turn into readable zones.
Rolled or framed: what's the difference?
The rolled canvas arrives unframed and flexible, so you can frame it your way: lay it flat under a few books overnight before painting. The framed canvas arrives already stretched on a wooden frame, with wall hooks: paint straight away and hang it as soon as it is dry.
